We have teamed with Amazon Services to make buying quick and easy. Selections from our store and from Amazon.com are available through our site, which is powered by Amazon Services. As such, we abide by Amazon's return policy. Here's the basics of it:
General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Product-Specific Returns Policies
Some items (such as Kindle, toys, jewelry, or electronics) may have special returns policies. Please visit our Product Specific Policies Return Help page for more information. This page also contains policies for items purchased from third-party Amazon.com Merchants or Marketplace sellers.
Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

REGARDING SOFTWARE TITLES
Software titles and video games purchased from Store.AtlanticRecords.com can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment by contacting us at webstore@atlantic-records.com.
Please note that these items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap for us to accept the return. We will require that you send us the software/video game prior to refunding so that we can inspect it.
REMOVE ITEMS FROM AN ORDER
In many instances we have had customers contacting us to add or remove items from an order. It is often possible for the buyer to do this through their Amazon.com account.
The easiest way to do this:
- Go to Amazon.com
- Click on "Your Account" at the top hand part of the page
- Select "View Recent and Open Orders"
- Search for your recent purchase and edit accordingly
